Gallerie d’Italia → Palazzo Reale → Galleria Borbonica. These cluster around Via Toledo, Piazza del Plebiscito and Chiaia, but reserve the underground tour first.
High city day
Certosa di San Martino → Castel Sant’Elmo → Villa Floridiana. Use the funiculars, start high and let the views explain the city before descending.
